Springwood Baptist Church is a large and diverse church located in the Blue Mountains, NSW.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced pastors for the Role of Senior
Pastor. SBC is seeking a Senior Pastor who will lead the church in achieving their purpose ‘under
God, reaching people, building disciples and transforming community’.
The Senior Pastor position is the key leadership role for the church community, with responsibilities
including;
● Vision Setting and Planning
● Preaching and Teaching
● Oversight and Management of the Pastoral team
● Growing a culture of discipleship, reaching others for Jesus
