Paid Youth Ministry Coordinator

Bayside Community Church exists to love God and love people, encouraging everyone to grow into passionately committed followers of Jesus. As a church, we have a long and deeply embedded commitment to the discipleship, development and inclusion of children and youth.
To assist us in further developing and cultivating this commitment, we are seeking a passionate Youth Ministry Coordinator to join and coordinate our Youth Ministry Team in accordance with the mission, vision, values and strategies of Bayside. This will also be in conjunction with the Lead Pastor and other ministry leaders to continue fostering an inter-generational approach to ministry.
Our Church Office and Friday Night Youth Ministry is located at 59 Arthur Street Strathfield and our Church meets most weeks on Sundays at Concord West Primary School as well as occasionally meeting in local parks and homes as part of our vision to build community.
