Individual Registration - First Nations Listening Day
This registration is considered your RSVP for the First Nations Listening Days. Please fill out the details in the registration form as accurately as possible.
Three workshops run through the period of 9 June 2022 – 24 November 2022.
You are invited to a series of listening workshops with First Nation leaders to be held this year. These workshops form an important part of a journey that we are going on with partner Baptist agencies to elevate First Nation voices and discern what walking together looks like for us as Baptists. We would very much like you to join us in this important journey of listening, learning and discernment. Please endeavour to attend all four workshops where possible.
The workshops will take place on the following dates:
- 9 June 2022, 9am – 1:30pm
- 24 August 2022, 9am – 1:30pm
- 24 November 2022, 9am – 1:30pm
- 22 February 2023, 9am – 1:30pm
The workshops will consist of an opportunity to hear from a First Nation leader and to process and pray together as Baptist leaders from across churches and agencies. The workshops are being hosted at the Ministry and Learning Centre auditorium at Level 1, 5 Saunders Cl, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113. Our desire is for you to attend in person where possible to maximise the impact of the workshop. If this is not possible, we will be offering the workshop online via Zoom. Morning tea will be provided for those attending the workshops in person.
