Simple Church Taster 2022
April 5 @ 7:30 pm - 8:30 pmFree
A Conversation on Dinner Church with Mike Frost
In 2022 the Simple Church Network team wants to invite you to come on a journey with us. It will begin with exploration of the Simple Church concept, and build from there into a space for learning and discovery. It will culminate with an opportunity to discover how to begin the process in your own setting, and allow you to commit to the process if you make it that far. But let’s wind back to the earliest space in this journey: the wonderful chance to taste something, just taste it and contemplate the possibilities.
On Tuesday 5th April, 2022 we are giving you this opportunity, with a Simple Church Taster event. The first win is that it is available in your own home, as we are hosting this meeting via Zoom from 7:30-8:30pm. The second is that we are joined by Mike Frost, one of the leading voices of the Missional Church movement in the world today. Mike will be sharing specifically about the concept of Dinner Church, and what this expression of Simple Church looks like and teaches us about the work of God in our communities today. There will be space for discussion and questions after the input from Mike.
We always emerge richer after time with Mike, and hope you will be able to join us for this special Simple Church Taster event on April 5. To make sure you don’t miss out, please register for the Zoom link.
See you at the dinner church table! Registrations close Monday 4th April 2022 at 11:59pm.
