You are important and we want to invest in you…
We know that the demands of ministry require us to continue to grow and develop.
We also know that there are particular challenges that are faced by those not serving in Senior/Solo Pastor roles.
Our time together will include opportunities for connection as we share of joys, challenges, possibilities and burdens. In addition we will have spaces for input that are particular to women and men in these roles, and times of refreshment for the journey ahead. We also want to ensure we are asking questions around next steps in leadership development for you and those you lead.
We have invited a number of people from our Baptist family of churches to be part of the time away for you to be able to connect with and explore what God is stirring in you.
