This Youth Mental Health First Aid Training is a made up of two face to face training days. Attendance at both days is mandatory. The training is run by Fiona Gardner, a liscensed Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor.

Day One: 29th March 2023. Day Two: 30th March 2023. Both days are being held on level 1, Morling College.

Cost includes morning tea and lunch. As well as a Youth Mental Health First Aid Manual.

The training focuses on the 5 main issues in regards to youth mental health: depression, anxiety, psychosis, eating disorders and substance abuse. This training, once completed, gives you a three year, nationally recognised certification as a Youth Mental Health First Aider.
