The Baptist Association of NSW/ACT reserves the right to change any of the published event details without notice and have the final say on any matter relating to the event.
The Baptist Association of NSW/ACT understands circumstances change and offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Cancellations more than 30 days: Full refund
- Cancellation less than 30 days, but more than 14 days: 80% refund
- Cancellation less than 14 days: No refund
Notification of cancellations must be made in writing by emailing The Baptist Association of NSW/ACT. The Baptist Association of NSW/ACT can allow for special consideration of your circumstances in regards to this policy.
