Building a Discipling Culture (BDC) is based out of Crossway Baptist Church in Melbourne. They would like to share with you the opportunity to deepen your personal discipleship, strengthen your leadership, as well as build the disciple-making culture of your community and church.

Over the last 6 years, the 250 churches they have worked with have seen, on average, 5x the national average of growth through conversion.

Their Core Program creates a process for theological and personal reflection and practice in discipleship, leadership, and mission. It is for one year (with the option for a second year of training) and has 2 parts:

·      A 15-Session (fortnightly) cohort provides a process to explore key New Testament disciple-making paradigms and practices: finding people of peace; helping everyday people lead their friends and family to Christ; the dynamics of spiritual formation; training disciple-making leaders.

·      2x two-day team workshops for you and your ministry team to develop practical action plans for building a culture of discipleship in every part of your church. Training input includes: the mission of God in the hands of ordinary people; leaders as culture curators and team-builders; measuring and fostering missional impact; discipleship and mission in small groups; engaging every generation in discipleship. The workshops include breakout sessions, Q&A, prayer times, team exercises and report backs.
