In the lead-up to the Federal election, churches across Australia are hosting “meet the candidate” events for churches in their electorate. With so many forums running, it is likely that there is a forum in your electorate or nearby.

These forums are respectful, non-partisan opportunities for politicians to hear the concerns of the Christian community and give specific and direct responses. They are also an opportunity for Christian voters to hear directly from their candidates on a variety of issues, so that they can make a wise choice.

You may want to promote the events to your church members so that they can participate and have their voices heard.
