Proverbs 27:17 tells us, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another”.

This is certainly the case as three churches in the Northern Rivers approached leadership development. Lismore, Alstonville and Tweed Coast Baptist Churches are engaging in Leadership Pipeline training as they seek to develop church cultures where the development of leaders at every level becomes the norm.

The three churches engage with video and PDF based content at their own pace, with this input being complemented by ‘cohort coaching calls’ with Craig Corkill. The ‘special sauce’ of the cohort approach to training is the ability of churches to learn from and support one another.
