Three Conversations. Two Days. One Focus.
Noun. A person who influences what other people do.
Join with us as Jo Saxton facilitates a conversation about leadership in the church in the 21st century.
Thursday night: “What on earth are you here for?”.
Every generation of believers have to work out how they will respond to the challenges and opportunities of their day. It’s easy to get distracted with so many voices and priorities vying for attention. Still in Christ we have a chance to discover both who we are and what we’re living for. It’s time to find out – God’s adventure awaits!
Friday morning: “Developing Leaders in a Post-Christian Culture”
Friday is for all leaders and all those who will step into leadership in the future. Leaders shape and define cultures in communities, and cities, in the corporate work, the arts, the church. So developing healthy leaders is essential. This session explores how we develop healthy leaders for a post Christian world.
Friday afternoon: “You can’t be what you can’t see: Empowering women leaders to thrive in their calling”
Women have gifts and talents and call to play their part in the great commission. But the path of leadership development and opportunity isn’t always clearly marked out for women, leaving many isolated and confused, second guessing their calling. This session explores the challenges and opportunities for women leaders in today’s world, offering ways to equip and empower women leaders within the framework of their theological convictions.
Are you a leader? Will you be one in the future? Do you have the ability to influence someone right now? Be a part of the Leadership Conversations with Jo Saxton.
