Intergenerational Faith Formation Pastor (Families Focus)

Ashfield Baptist Church is seeking a person with appropriate skills, qualifications and Christian commitment to work part-time as part of a ministry team to build and support faith formation across generations, with a focus on families, children, and youth. This role seeks to nurture spiritual growth through connection, discipleship, and community engagement.
Position Type: Part-time, 2 days a week, including Sunday
Reports To: Lead Pastor
Commencement: February 2026
