In keeping with appropriate guidelines, a willingness to openly share and model your Christian faith is an essential aspect of this role. Being able to share a personal faith testimony demonstrating how the Christian faith has impacted your life will be key to this.

It is also desirable that applicants have a minimum qualification in Youth Work or a willingness to undertake on-the-job training to obtain a qualification. There is potential for this role to expand over time if further needs are identified.
