Senior Pastor – Georges River Life Church (GRLC)

Georges River Life Church is a vibrant and growing multi-site church in Southern Sydney, currently gathering across two sites – one at Peakhurst and the other at Chipping Norton – with a committed, diverse congregation of around 600 people. Our vision is clear:

Disciple-making communities growing along the Georges River and beyond, revealing the love and life of Jesus for today, impacting thousands of lives for eternity.

We are prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor to lead us into the next season, building on what God has already established and empowering the church to move forward with strength, unity, and clarity. We are a church that values community, strong biblical teaching, and serving those beyond our walls. Through our community ministry, Georges River Life Care, and partnerships locally and globally, we are committed to seeing lives transformed by the gospel.

We are looking for someone who is Christ-centred, Spirit-led, relationally wise, and an effective communicator and teacher. Someone who can clearly articulate biblical truth, connect across diverse contexts, lead collaboratively, develop people, and steward the operational life of a large, multi-site church.

Qualifications & Experience

· Accreditation with the Baptist Association of NSW & ACT

· Bachelor of Theology/Ministry or equivalent theological training

· Significant experience (at least 5 years) in a leadership role in a large church context.

· Demonstrated experience in leading teams, developing leaders, and overseeing church operations.

· Working With Children Check

· Creating Safe Spaces Certificate
