About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality teaching at the tertiary level, including online, face-to-face, and intensive formats.
- Develop and maintain course materials, assessments, and curricula in accordance with Morling College’s educational standards.
- Teach client-centred and process-oriented counselling theory and application.
- Engage in ongoing research and professional development to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to faculty goals.
- Mentor and support students.
- Maintain currency of clinical practice
- The role is 19 hours/week (0.5 FTE).
- Remuneration: $53,785.84/annum, excluding Superannuation.
- Start Date: 28/01/2025

Qualifications:
- Relevant master’s level qualifications in counselling or a related discipline.
- Current clinical level membership of a professional association.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Demonstrated current practice experience in counselling (minimum of 7 years of professional counselling experience, including at least 3 years at a senior level).
- Proven experience in teaching at a tertiary level, including online course delivery.
- Proficiency in a client-centred, process-oriented approach to counselling.
- Experience with supervision of counselling practice desirable.
