Youth Pastoral Worker

Are you passionate about seeing young people become and then grow as disciples of Jesus?

Taree Baptist Church is seeking a passionate follower-of-Jesus – male or female – to join our team as a Youth Ministry Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow a dynamic youth ministry that reaches both church and community youth with the life-changing message of Jesus.

We’re looking for someone who:

·         Loves Jesus and is passionate about youth discipleship.

·         Can lead and grow our Friday night youth program.

·         Will mentor and equip youth leaders.

·         Is excited to set vision and respond to the spiritual needs of teenagers.

·         Will pastorally care for youth and integrate them into the life of the Church.

·         Help lead our youth Camp Emersus (November) and attend KYCK Convention (April).

What you’ll bring

·         A humble heart for ministry and learning.

·         Leadership and communication skills.

·         Experience in youth ministry (essential).

·         Studying or completed theological training.

·         Willingness to meet Safe Spaces requirements (WWCC, training, etc.)

Position Details
