Narwee Baptist Church is a large evangelical church in southern Sydney with an average attendance of 600 people on Sundays, including a flourishing children’s ministry. Our fulltime Children’s Pastor who has led the ministry for 25 years, is seeking to reduce her load to 3 days a week and so we are looking for a 2 day a week Children’s Worker to partner in the work by leading the Sunday Kids Ministries amongst other things.
This position may grow to 3 days a week in 2027-2028 with the option of full-time in 2029.
