At Sandy Bay Baptist Church (SBBC) we can see God at work, and believe He would have us call a pastor to build on what is already underway. Some basics:
- SBBC is located near the University in Hobart (Tasmania) and actively seeks to proclaim the Gospel in our city. Outreach is one of our focus areas and God is growing our desire in this area.
- SBBC is a smaller church, with an average attendance of 30-40. Yet there’s a good “mix” in the congregation (median age in the 30’s) and a spirit of unity.
- The position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis. An interim appointment is also a possibility.
- We are not concerned with a particular deadline but believe God will call an individual to ministry here in His perfect timing.
