Lighthouse Baptist Church Nelson Bay is looking to call a senior pastor either part time or up to full time.
We have an average congregation of 60 attendees who are mostly in the older age group and we are seeking an experienced Pastor who is committed to building the church to be a church of the future.
The ideal candidate will possess
· A deep and mature Christian Faith
· Strong leadership and relational skills,
· Excellent communication, and
· A deep commitment to reach out to the community by integrating the community into the life of the church.
Members of Lighthouse Baptist Church have diverse theological views on biblical interpretation and the role of women within ministry. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate
· Your own style of biblical interpretation and
· Your experience in conflict resolution and the management of diverse views to develop a strong united church
