Are you a warm and organised professional, who thrives in a people-focused environment? We’re seeking a part-time Receptionist and Office Administrator to join our Perth campus team! You’ll be at the heart of our campus operations and help create a welcoming and efficient campus experience for all.

As Receptionist and Office Administrator, you will be:

  • Welcoming and assisting students, staff, and visitors on-site at reception and over the phone.
  • Providing administrative support to the Campus Director (WA) and the Corporate Administration team.
  • Coordinating campus events and providing event-day support.
  • Assisting with basic financial processes and tenant administration.
  • Supporting the efficient management of campus facilities.
  • This role is permanent part-time, 30.4 hours/week (4 days/week).
  • Remuneration: $65,084/year pro-rated to $52,067/year (excl. Super).

Essential Key Attributes (please respond to these attributes in your Cover Letter):

  • Current First Aid Certification (or willing to undertake training).
  • Previous experience in reception, concierge, or customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills with quick learning ability; confident using Microsoft Office and Google platforms.
  • Highly organised and able to remain poised under pressure.
  • Strong team player yet can work independently.
  • Involvement in a local evangelical church and demonstrated Christian character.
  • Alignment of personal values, beliefs and practices with the mission, Staff Code (https://tinyurl.com/mcstaffcode), and Christian ethos of Morling College.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience in Christian Higher Education context.
  • Experience in administration and event management.
  • Experience in basic financial processes.
  • Experience maintaining websites and social media platforms.
  • Project management skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal hours on occasion where required.
