Planning for Connect 2025 is underway and the dream for Connect 2025 is to connect people involved in kids, youth, families, young adults and SRE ministries to encourage, share stories and shape vision for our local contexts.  Connect is about providing a space to gather with other churches and ministries in your local region, enabling you to partner and collaborate together so that everyone is equipped.  This is a leadership development opportunity that will help you grow personally and in your ministry skills.  Our heart is that our faith communities would welcome all ages – especially children and youth – as fellow disciples, and that all generations would be connected.

What will Connect look like?

Connect is locally led, and each region will shape the day with your local context in mind.  However, there are some common elements that you will see at Connect 2025:

• Worship, prayer and contemplative experiences
• Interactive connection opportunities
• Keynote message from Richard Black of Mind Health New Zealand focused on exploring next generation ministry in an age of worry
• Workshops for equipping in specific ministry areas (not all workshops will run at every site but everyone who attends will get access to the video and guide for all workshops)
  • Supporting neuro-diverse children and young people
  • Facilitating small groups with children and young people
  • Nurturing friendships
• Facilitated time for connecting in teams or in specific ministry areas across faith communities
• Life giving conversations over beautiful food.

• Sydney North – Sat March 15. Ministry Centre, Macquarie Park
• Greater West/Blue Mountains – Sat March 15. Penrith Baptist Church
• Mid North Coast – Sat March 15. Taree Baptist Church
• Northern Beaches Sydney – Sat March 15. H3O Church, Naraweena
• Illawarra/South Coast – Sat March 15. South Coast Life Church, Berry
• Hunter – Sat March 15. New Vine Church, Maryland
• Canberra Region –  Sat March 22. Mosaic Church, Evatt
• Transform Southern Sydney – Sat March 29. Padstow Baptist Community Church
• Riverina – Sat March 29.Wagga Wagga Baptist Church

Registrations will open soon

Tickets are $25 for adult leaders and $15 for leaders under 18. They can be paid for individually or the church can be invoiced for the tickets.
Bring your whole team it will be a great day.
