1church Inc. is a dynamic church environment that incorporates three congregations (Branches, Lakelands Community Church and Mandurah Baptist Church) located in the Mandurah region.
The MBC Associate Pastor will play a key role within the 1church ministry team, serving the Mandurah Baptist Church congregation and wider community. Based at the Greenfields campus, the role focuses on pastoral care, discipleship, small group leadership, and monthly preaching support. The Associate Pastor works closely with the MBC Campus Pastor, Director of Ministries, and broader 1church team to help carry out the mission and vision of the church. Strong Christian character, relevant ministry qualifications, pastoral experience, and a heart for community ministry are essential. The position requires confidentiality, collaboration, and a commitment to the spiritual health of the church.
