Position Overview:
Ryde Baptist Church is seeking a spiritually mature, biblically grounded, and visionary Lead Pastor who, by God’s strength and guided by the Holy Spirit, will lead our church into the next season that God is drawing us into, by:
1) discerning the God-given vision and direction for RBC’s mission and ministry.
2) providing Biblically based leadership, training, teaching and pastoral care; and
3) mentoring, training and equipping pastors, staff and volunteers for effective ministry.

The role will be a full-time, 5-day per week role, with flexibility to attend to ministry responsibilities and any continuing accreditation / professional development requirements and recognising the priority of family commitments.
Remuneration
Stipend $72,500
This position is also provided with a 5 bedroom manse, 12.5% super and salary packaging.
