We’re looking for a passionate, Jesus-centered Youth Director to join our RBC team and champion discipleship among young people in Years 6–12. You’ll create environments where Scripture is opened, prayer is normal, and every teenager is known and encouraged to take their next step with Jesus. Working under our Pastor for Discipleship & Community Life, you’ll bring pastoral warmth and organizational clarity across Fridays, Sundays, and mid-week rhythms, while actively connecting with youth in our community (schools, sport, local hangouts) and partnering with parents. You will also help strengthen our local school partnerships through SRE.
