Solo or senior pastor (Tasmania)

Sandy Bay Baptist Church (SBBC) is looking to call a solo/senior pastor on a full- or part-time basis.  SBBC is located in Hobart (Tasmania) near the University and has an average attendance of around 40 with a median age in the 30’s.

The incoming pastor will need to be involved with various areas of spiritual ministry, including discipleship, pastoral care, and preaching.  There’s a good spirit of unity at SBBC and we are currently engaged in these ministries using the internal resources God has blessed us with.  Nonetheless, we realise our limitations and see an opportunity for further growth with a pastor.
