Purpose: This resource pack aims to help churches promote respectful and Christ-honouring conversations as they navigate their response to questions around affiliation Baptist values and marriage. Churches my be navigating internal disagreement and tension on the issues or may be seeking to discern their response as a church to Assembly discussion and decisions as they unfold. 

Resources: The resources are organised into 4 categories as below:

1. A range of tools that could be directly distributed to churches, Pastors, leadership groups to run without assistance
2. Slightly more advanced processes that would require a trained facilitator such as a Consultant, Regional Minister, or Church Health Team member
3. Tools for dealing with conflict, and a Christian response to conflict, in general
4. Any specific content-related information that will help people process the issues at hand
