Ensuring fair and transparent remuneration practices is important in all organisations including churches. We have developed a comprehensive guide on remuneration for ministers within Baptist Churches in NSW and ACT. Our document provides definitions, eligibility criteria for exempt fringe benefits, and outlines the various components of remuneration.  

Remuneration Recommendations

Each year, remuneration for ministers is recommended by the Association for our Baptist Churches in NSW and ACT. These recommended remuneration guidelines are a recommendation only and as such, Churches and their Leadership are free to negotiate other levels of remuneration.
