Belair Baptist Church in Adamstown, NSW, is seeking an Outreach Coordinator (or Pastor if suitably qualified) to join our team part-time. In this role, you will lead and support our church’s outreach and local mission efforts by implementing our outreach strategy, overseeing key initiatives, and equipping ministry leaders and volunteers. You’ll collaborate closely with our Lead Pastor and Ministry Coordinators to shape a church culture focused on outreach and mission. This position is ideal for someone with experience in discipling and equipping others, coordinating volunteer teams, and who has a heart for outreach ministry. Start date: October 2024.
