Administration Assistant
4 days a week (30 hours), flexible working arrangements. Could suit someone who is looking to work whilst studying.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Provide administration assistance to the Operations Team, primarily the Finance Team
- Assistance with accounts duties
- Assistance with managing of fleet vehicles
- Assistance with managing properties
- Assistance with credit card statement acquittals
- Other duties as reasonably required

Qualifications and Experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Experience with Xero preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Holds to/provides a suitable response to the Association’s Statement of Beliefs
