Administration Assistant

4 days a week (30 hours), flexible working arrangements. Could suit someone who is looking to work whilst studying.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Provide administration assistance to the Operations Team, primarily the Finance Team
  • Assistance with accounts duties
  • Assistance with managing of fleet vehicles
  • Assistance with managing properties
  • Assistance with credit card statement acquittals
  • Other duties as reasonably required

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with Xero preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Holds to/provides a suitable response to the Association’s Statement of Beliefs
