Big Studio Movie Licenses for 2025-26
The benefits
The benefits of the Denominational Licence Scheme include the convenience of one annual renewal date for all CCLI licences, and the advantage of bulk purchase discounts on the licence fees being:
- Church Copyright Licence Save up to 17%
- Music Reproduction Licence Save up to 13%
- Church Video Licence Save up to 8%
- Big Studio Movie Licence Save up to 10%
All prices are GST exclusive.
The last day for participating in this scheme is on 21 September 2025. These licenses cover 1 Nov 2025 – 31 Oct 2026
Late applications cannot be accepted due to CCLI and Big Movie Studio deadlines.
CCLI Licenses
There are seven types of licences being offered:
The Church Streaming Licence gives permission to stream or podcast live or live-recorded worship service music on the church’s website or other streaming services. Alternatively, the church can opt for an upgrade to the Church Streaming Plus Licence for more authorisation.
The Music Reproduction License gives permission for making copies of sheet music from a songbook, a downloaded PDF from a website, an enhanced CD or from SongSelect.
The Church Video License for public viewings in your church of all, or any portion, of a film from over 360 major producers and thousands of movie titles. Free subscription to Screenvue with hundreds of clip and movie suggestions by theme.
The Public Performance Licence allows for public performances of live music at non-worship events such as youth groups, choir or band performances, social and Christmas Carol events.
SongSelect is an online resource featuring the lyrics of thousands of songs, sound samples, chord charts, lead sheets (melody line) and vocal sheets (up to 4-part harmony). Included is a music player, to play the music on the lead sheets and hymn sheets, and to transpose the music. The SongSelect Premium License allows full use of their resource library including sound samples, lyrics, lead sheets, chord sheets and vocal sheets.

Big Studio Movie License
The Big Studio Movie License enables you to screen any films from some big producers like, Walt Disney, Roadshow Films, Warner Bros, Sony, Icon, Hoyts Distribution, Studio Canal, Hopscotch, E-one, Madman, Rialto, Palace Films, Transmission and Pinnacle Films, which are currently not covered by CCLI Video Licenses. The Baptist Association of NSW & ACT (BA) has negotiated a Denominational License Scheme with Christian Copyright Licensing International Pty. Ltd (CCLI) for Church Copy Right Licenses, Music Reproduction Licenses, Church Video Licenses, Song Select Premium and Heritage Films for Big Studio Movie Licenses (BSML).
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Denominational License Scheme from CCLI and BSML (BSML). By ordering these licenses through us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Intellectual property and content
BA owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Website and its content. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
Terms of sale
Terms of licenses
The licensing for CCLI and BSML are for the period 1 November 2025 – 31 October 2026. These licenses are between your church entity and the licencing organisation i.e. CCLI and BSML. Refer to the licensees website for further terms and conditions of these licenses.
Placing an order
When you place an order on our website available at www.nswactbaptists.org.au/ccli, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
We only accept and finalise your order once payment has been received by us by debiting your credit card, receiving payment in our bank account by EFT, or cheque with correct reference details. Payments with incorrect or insufficient referencing cannot be processed and will result in a refund once identified. This may result in not making the due date and missing out on the discount.
Due date
Orders must be placed on our website and payment received by us by 21 September 2025. Unfortunately, we cannot accept late applications due to deadlines from our suppliers, and so any late payments will be refunded to your church. It is then up to your church to contact Heritage Films and CCLI for licenses that your church need.
Discounts
The following discounts apply depending on how you order and pay:
- Church Copyright Licence Save up to 17%
- Music Reproduction Licence Save up to 13%
- Church Video Licence Save up to 8%
- Big Studio Movie Licence Save up to 10%
Discounts only apply to churches who have filled in our online form and sent payment to us by the due date with correct referencing for payments.
Late orders and cancellation of licences
BSML and CCLI licenses for churches who do not respond on time will cease on 31 October 2025. It is then up to your church to contact Heritage Films and CCLI for licenses that your church need.
CCLI licenses will contact all churches who do not respond on time to ensure that the church will not require licenses going forward as this is a legal licensing requirement by CCLI.
